Dine-In Services

For dine-in services at any of our Woodlands locations, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your meal for any reason, please inform our staff immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, whether by replacing the dish or offering an alternative solution.

Online Orders & Delivery

For orders placed through our delivery partners (Deliveroo, Foodpanda, OpenRice), refund policies are governed by the respective platform's terms and conditions. Please contact them directly for any delivery-related issues.

For orders placed directly with us, the following conditions apply:

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before preparation begins
  • Once food preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled
  • If your order arrives incorrect or with missing items, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery
  • Refunds for delivery issues will be processed within 5-7 business days

Reservations & Deposits

For special events or large group bookings that require a deposit:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the reservation
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours before the reservation
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund

Catering Services

For catering orders:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3-7 days before the event
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event

Please provide your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
